This page explains what information I collect when you visit tinkoprojects.com or work with me, and what I do with it. I'm Lucas Pesqueira and I run Tinko Projects on my own, so "I" always means me.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, business name, email, the services you're interested in and any message you choose to write.
• If you hire me: the access you give me to do the work (for example, your Google Business Profile for review replies) and the business information you send me.
• Website visits: basic visit statistics, collected without cookies (see "Analytics" below).

How I use it

I use your information only to reply to you and to do the work we agreed on.

I never sell it

I never sell your information or your customers' information. The only outside services involved are Tally, which runs the contact form and delivers your message to my email, and Cloudflare, which provides the visit statistics described below. I don't share it with anyone else.

AI tools

I use AI tools to help draft replies faster, and I review and edit every reply myself. The information needed for a task, for example a public review, is processed by those tools.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It doesn't use cookies.

Deleting your information

To have your information deleted, email me at lucas@tinkoprojects.com. I'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. If you're a client, you can also remove my access to your accounts yourself, anytime.
